I have chronic pain or injury, should I try yoga?
Yes, absolutely. If you live with chronic pain you understand how debilitating the constant discomfort can be on your strength and general well-being. The practice of yoga integrates physical body movement with mindful practices that bring to focus the emotional and mental components of pain relief.
What do I need to bring?
We have mats available to use. You may want to bring a towel and a water bottle for your own convenience and comfort.
Is yoga a religion?
No. There is no religion in yoga. It can be a spiritual practice, in which you focus on your breath and quiet your mind creating a sense of well being, but it can also be as simple as a different type of work out.
