BEGINNER'S YOGA
This is a great starting place for new students but is challenging enough to interest the more experienced yogis as well. The pace is slow with a lot of instructions and attention to alignment.

TOUGH TUESDAY VINYASA
All levels Vinyasa flow. This class is challenging in all the best ways! You will get stronger, and longer muscles and feel the relief from stress that moving with your breath brings.
7:15pm Tuesday w/Rebecca
GENTLE YOGA WITH PRANAYAMA
Gentle yoga and breathwork to stretch out the kinks and feel better. This class has a slow pace and uses breathing techniques that increase lung capacity and lower stress. This class is available to all levels and is a great place to start your yoga practice.

KUNDALINI YOGA
This is an all levels class taught by Melissa Crowder. Kundalini Yoga uses pranayama (breath work), movement, sound and mudras (hand and body shapes) to move and direct your energy. It is great for toning your muscles, stress relief, dropping addictions and bad habits, feeling better and finding yourself. This is a 75 min. class and always includes meditation with Gong sounds.

YOGA FUN FLOW
This is an all levels Vinyasa Yoga class, designed to accommodate yet challenge beginners to further their practice, while throwing in some fun poses to keep seasoned yogis challenged as well! Here we will stretch, create heat, and maybe play with more challenging poses like arm balances or maybe a headstand or two. If you are curious but not quite ready for those more challenging poses, I encourage you to come in and do everything you can, then watch and learn about the poses you're curious about! Nobody is perfect here, we're all just having fun and learning together.

SLOW STRETCH YOGA
Slow Stretch Yoga is a stress-reducing practice that helps alleviate pain by reducing tension. This class will help you increase your range of motion and lengthen your muscles by manipulating the fascia that surrounds them. It helps you move your body more freely and with less pain.
Please bring your own props!! You may want a small pillow and a towel or small blanket.
10am Sunday w/Tom or Melissa
STRENGTH & STRETCH
This is a one hour class to wind down the week! This class will focus on strength building in the first half and deep stretch in the last half. Rachel is an inspiring teacher that will win your heart and make you want to practice more!
5:45pm Friday w/Rachel

This class teaches the basics of Vinyasa Flow and helps you build a strong foundation for your practice. There is attention to alignment and focus on moving with your breath. This is a great place to start your practice, but it's also a nice practice for those who just want to flow and release the stress of the day.

DEEP STRETCH
This is a deeply satisfying and relaxing class. There will be long holds that help you stretch a little deeper. Deep stretch relieves tension on your skeleton and increases your range of motion.
